Sure thing Hillary and her gang didnt care about evidence....was all supposed to be swept under the Oval Office rug when Hillary got there.
AG Jeff Sessions has been redundantly emphatic throughout all of these stupid agenda driven hearings, he cannot “confirm or deny” information about ongoing investigations.
He has also clearly and repeatedly defended both his recusal and the integrity of Rosenstein and Mueller in their oversight of the “Russian Collusion” investigation. Even while in reality, this entire investigation is nothing less than a no-boundaries left wing politically motivated effort to destroy Trump.
As in the past, these types of hearings are intended, (especially by the left) to trip up, ambush, and to manipulate the AG to spend immense time and bidding of left wing causes. In these hearings, Jeff Sessions has agreed in many instances, to spend significant time and AG resources to pacify and even support various left wing agendas.
As well, as painful as it is to listen to these stupid politically manipulative agenda driven hearings, which amount to little more than militant anti-American and venomous campaign sound bites from the Demons, Jeff Sessions DID briefly verbally say, regarding the appointment of a new special counsel, he (Sessions) had seen nothing that had risen to that level!
Then there was a break taken in the hearing.
It was stated by AG Jeff Sessions, and it was truly unnerving and distressing to hear it.

I disagree - Last year Comey laid out all the evidence needed to open an investigation of Hilary and he gave it to the entire nation.

You know, I was thinking that, even if by some odd chance, he is working “undercover” on the CF scandal, he still went out of his way to throw the Bundys under the bus, as well as all American citizens who have suffered “legalized” theft under his (and his predecessors) Asset Forfeiture policy; egregious anti-liberty acts deserving of our utter contempt.
Jeff Sessions is a two-bit-swamp-dwelling-low-life-slug.

Bottom line, Sessions just told Congressman Gohmert there was no real connection between the Uranium One/CFIUS decision, and Rosenstein and Mueller’s decision to seal the Uranium One records later.
In the same response to Gohmert, Sessions actually defended the CFIUS board decision!
Whether he understood it or not, Sessions just defended the integrity of the Clinton operated Uranium One, the left wing Obama/Clinton APPOINTED CFIUS board and its decision, and the Rosenstein/Mueller decision to seal the records from the public, after they (Rosenstein/Mueller) had intervened to shut down the FBI investigator and his FISO+RICO findings from being disclosed.
In reality, I believe Sessions knows, he is truly providing cover for the guilty within the AG,FBI, and the Obama/Clinton administrations.
It is quite visible, Sessions is trying very hard to prove he can make the left-wing happy.
Whether he understands it or not, (scary in itself), Sessions is helping to solidify a TWO tiered justice system he purports to be against. A system which will not prosecute those in government who use their office for personal gain, who deliberately violate our law as will, and have no problem placing our security in grave danger, in an effort to get hundreds of millions of dollars in return and helping ascend to higher public office.
I like Sessions in many ways, but he really needs to go...
He seems to really have a problem with discerning what the most egregious and dangerous threats to our system of law actually are. Consequentially, Sessions will not even be able to slow down, let alone stop, the horrific corruption and national threats we are facing!
I really thought we had a chance, I really thought that there were still enough good people in Washington, D.C. to make a real change. I thought Sessions was one of the good guys.
Listening to this debacle today I had tears thinking what the hell are we leaving our children? They will never know the America that we knew because of pond scum like Jeff Sessions.
Since the Senate seems to be awash with money from outside sources, no one who has served in the Senate should ever serve as the Attorney General. Hillary was a senator before she served as Secretary of State. Senators are beholding to those who funded their elections, not the states from which they come, as was the intent of the founding fathers.
A Convention of States needs to be called immediately in order to restore our American Republic.
