They suck. Give me the old perk coffee pot.
Upon occasion here in flyover country our power will go out for a day or two when a storm moves through and power lines go down. I dig out my old camping aluminum perk pot and it always brings a smile to my face.
I like percolators, too. Even an electric percolator seems to make much better coffee than the electric drip-types.
