Are Delays in Prosecuting Mueller, Hillary, and Podesta by Sessions the Greatest Legal Travesty?

It’s outrageous that after nearly a year in office AG Sessions is now considering an investigation into the Clinton Foundation and the approval of the sale of US uranium to Russia by Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration.

The fact that Congress asked the Justice Department to look into the many corrupt and criminal actions of the Clintons and the Obama Administration and that we are just finding out now that Sessions is looking into these issues is appalling.

What took Sessions so long? Is he even serious about looking into these crimes? Americans have known for years that the Clinton Foundation and the Obama Administration were criminal and corrupt institutions.

The list of the many criminal and corrupt actions over the Obama years is long and extensive. But the sale of 20% of US uranium to Russia was one of the most corrupt actions of all the many deals made by Obama and the Clintons.

Bill and Hillary Clinton created the Clinton Foundation after the Bill Clinton Presidency. It was set up under the ruse that it was a charity but it has been nothing close to that. The Foundation is used by the Clintons as a ‘pay for play’ operation where bribes to the Clintons or the Foundation are reimbursed in the form of political favors.

I think this is a can of worms that the Republicans just dont have the fortitude to go forward with. The corruption is so deep and brazen that it's almost unimaginable for the common American who gets their news from the MSM to understand. And - these RAT's know it - they've got 98% of the media on their side and can count on them spinning this as Republican's criminalizing political decisions made by a previous administration.

Sessions and the other Swampublicans just dont have it in them to take up this fight and the corruption will continue.

You’re the expert, right? Are you related to this do-nothing, sleepy, buffoon? If Sessions were doing anything, it would be public knowledge by now. You can’t keep this crap secret, especially in Washington.

You’re correct to give Sessions the benefit of the doubt. It all depends on how credible this secret informant is and what he has to contribute. I have been hearing about this formally ‘gag ordered’ witness for several weeks on FOX NEWS. Now is the time to produce.

Logic supported by available evidence.

Same as people who say he’s doing nothing. My views are equally valid.

Skip down a few threads and listen to AG Sessions testify before Congress. He just finished explaining the “long standing policy of the DOJ to never comment in any way on any investigation that may be ongoing”. Including confirming or denying that such investigations are even occurring.

Operational Security. Fundamental stuff.

If Sessions has been investigating why does he need to issue investigation orders now? He is dragging this out. Nothing is being done(my opinion). Or, he is furiously working on these matters 24/7(your opinion). Either way, nothing is happening. A noble idea to remain silent when conducting any investigation. A travesty to pretend you are doing something and then all will fall apart at a later date.

Logic supported by available evidence.

Logic? You have no facts to go on.

Available evidence? There isn't any. Sessions hasn't done anything.

Same as people who say he’s doing nothing. My views are equally valid.

Oh, so now your views are equally as valid as those who say he's doing nothing?

Yet didn't you responded to a poster by referring to him(her) as, "ya moron!" and then go on to accusing the poster of, "making stuff up?"

So using logic, if your "views are equally as valid" as theirs, then you as well must be a "moron" and "making up stuff" as well.

Sessions is doing the job he was hired to do. If he had vigorously prosecuted the Swamp the Swamp would have drowned the investigations. He is letting Mueller and the Swamp’s own creatures be the front men for the revelations that he and his are feeding them and the movement that is occurring and will occur. When the Left’s own agents are reluctantly put in the position of doing the work that needs to be done it will get done much more surely and the frantic opposition from the Left will be much less effective. Mueller may be cooperating to avoid his own prosecution. “You would be in jail” seems to be a campaign promise rather than just a retort to Mrs Bill in the “debate.” This stuff is proceeding right along, just more slowly and surely than we would like. The opposition and disgust for Sessions for recusing and laying back is part of what will render the real revelations and prosecutions to come much more successful.

A travesty to pretend you are doing something and then all will fall apart at a later date.

****************

Sessions spent two decades in the epicenter of the Swamp. He is one of them. Yes, he ostensibly supported Trump, but at times it appears that he could be a deep state plant playing a role that allowed him to get appointed to a critical position (AG) where he could protect fellow swamp creatures, the Clintons, Obama’s people, and other party elites.

He sure hasn’t done much to dispel that scenario.

I did listen to today's testimony. Sessions was asked about his earlier confirmation hearing and his Hillary Clinton recusals. Sessions reaffirmed the following recusals.

Sessions is a disgrace.

So by your logic the FBI should hire MS 13 gang members as investigators looking into MS 13 activities ?
