I don’t trust our current bumbling, incompetent Congress as far as I can throw it...or any succeeding Congress for that matter. State legislatures are just as bad if not worse. Can’t give them an inch and in fact have to take back lost ground.
States have found it effective enough that I believe it is 43 states have now followed the pioneers in allowing the citizenry to be armed.
