His popularity is 82%.!! Of course some of that is also about his going after ISIS and other terror types who are also operating in the Philippines.
Seems strong leadership is not so bad after all.

I was in the Philippines two years ago before him and what a horrible place. The gas station attendant had a guard with a shotgun as did most places of business to keep from getting robbed.
Law and order was non-existent which is what he is replacing and why he is so popular. Too bad he is a communist.
