“As young teenage girls in the late 1970s in a small, rural southern town, they had no way of knowing their rights, especially against him considering that he was a district attorney at the time.”

What rights? Is there a law against a man trying to date women who are over the age of 16? What law might that be? These people are now completely making stuff up. The only thing they claim to have is that supposedly Moore trying to date a 14 year old girl. They don’t have women - they have one woman. That’s the only claim they have - the rest of it is noise. We will see how that story with the 14 yo ends up.

EXACTLY! I keep asking what is the CRIME here?

Did he stalk, harass, threaten, or assault someone?

In the 70’s and the 80’s 18 was the legal drinking age in NC. Was it different in Alabama?
