Hes right. I dont think Sessions has much choice though. Perhaps that's true of crimes related to the election, but there's nothing stopping him from investigating Uranium One.

Sessions needs to resign like any honorable man would do if he can't do his job. Then Trump would be free to appoint someone like Andrew McCarthy or Joe Dejenova who are not conflicted out of the job. It is a no brainer and the only conclusion to make of it is that Sessions, in collusion with the ‘Deep State,’ is holding the President hostage because Sessions knows that Trump knows the incredible flake he would get for straight way firing Sessions.
