Like the Paris Agreement on Global Warming — if the US doesn’t play, then nothing seems to go anywhere.
Trump understands our power. I bet he knew TPP would die when we pulled out. He didn’t have to make a prediction. He’s just watching it unfold.

Canada’s trade is 75% with the US and they have a trade surplus with us. So TPP was likely to be a benefit for the Kannuks and a loss for us. Good show Mr. President. Besides, Trudeau would gag a maggot. He’s a Obama “look alike!”
