He can indict all the ham sandwiches he wants. So far all he’s come up with is ancient history relying on strained legal theories of what’s illegal in business, just the way his buddy Comey indicted Martha Stewart for not admitting guilt.
Everyone’s guilty of something. Flynn didn’t declare he was an agent for....Turkey? A NATO member state?
He would be the 7th person prosecuted for that since 1958. Or so I’ve read.

What’s next, a DC federal judge asserts the right to take control of the Presidency? And Mueller puts out a leak affirming it?
