Yup, it’s time for a new party.
Some say that a new party guarantees democrats and liberals for the foreseeable future. That’s probably true, but as it stands the choice is for the liberal agenda to advance quickly or the liberal agenda to advance slowly.
Give it a shot. In time, the new party would be the 2nd party and the GOP will be extinct. Or there will be a bipartisan fracturing and we will have 4, 6 or more parties. Anything beats what we have now.

Goldwater started the conservative takeover of the republican party.
Reagan had it, but HWB was the mistake that gave it back. DJT got our foot back in the door. This is perhaps our last chance to complete his resurgence.
A new party is a waste of time, taking over the GOP like the communists took over the Ds is the way to go.
