Its official: The Republican tax reform bill is dead on arrival in the Senate now that John McCain has become the third Republican senator to confirm that he plans to vote against it.
Whats worse for the Trump administration, McCain reportedly wants the bill to receive input from both parties a criticism that he cited as his reason for voting against the Trump administrations plan to repeal and replace Obamacare. This is particularly problematic because theres approximately zero chance that any Democratic lawmakers will break ranks to vote with Republicans, despite President Donald Trump repeatedly saying that he expects to win over Democrats.

*I'm ashamed to post that but there comes a time...
I hope his head splits in two.
McLAME is right around the middle of the IQ bell curve but hes in the 99.99998 percentile when it comes to spite and vindictiveness. He does not want to see the American economy boom if Trump would get the credit.
Cheating adulterer, gigolo, insanely jealous of those who ‘showed him up’..a ‘wuda bin nuttin’ if not for his worthy progenitors..Another guy whose funeral will make me buy a ticket for the ‘pisonhim’ parade line’.....
I couldn’t do it.
No party was going to force me to vote for the author of the previous two amnesty attempts.
Not even with Sarah Palin on the ticket as window dressing.
He needs to go home to spend time with his remaining brain cell.
Yep - the Viet Cong had a pretty good friend in Johnny.
“I think its time for the WH communications team to tell the truth about McShames record in the service.”
Amen to that! He has caused more damage than any of us can even imagine and should have been drummed out of the Senate in shame after the Keating Five scandal!
I would also like to see some medical records because I never believed his very convenient “cancer” diagnosis which simply gave him an opportunity to grandstand in and wreck the Obamacare repeal...he wants to do the same thing now on tax reform but since he is supposedly “dying” no one will call him out!
Once a traitor, always a traitor!
The present AZ GOP can teach the rinos in the noor loch a few things.
AND the GOP in AZ is full of “you know what” religious org.
Same for NV. Same for Utah. Same for western CO.
George Soros, same one who has been financing him.
> Do you really think McCain is voting against this because he
> actually cares about the US citizen taxpayer?
Well, no, of course not. He’s a malevlolent, spiteful bastard.
But even a malevolent, spiteful bastard can benefit others without intending anything of the kind, even when he’s at his malevolent, spiteful worst.
Y’know the old saying. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
But McCain is beyond broken clock and more like a time bomb.
Very frustrating to have such a maverick R. Why don’t he try being a maverick D for the time he has left? That would be a refreshing and patriotic change imho.
Republicans do not control the Senate. On paper it’s 52-47-1 but in reality there are many republicans who have no goal other than to obstruct the Trump agenda (Collins, Corker, Flake, McCain, etc.). As such, the Senate is de facto controlled by democrats.
We’re not going to be able to get anything done until after the 2018 mid-terms.
We would already have had amnesty and lost our country.
George HW Bush started this illegal alien inundation when he failed to implement the enforcement measures of the 1986 amnesty.
The new world order he envisioned was the USA turned into North Mexico.
Of course! Because when they're in the minority, they can propose all kinds of impressive-sounding bills which they know won't go anywhere - like they did with the Obama-era legislation. Then they can go home and say "Hey, we tried!"
It's no fun when they're in charge. They have to take responsibility. Results are expected!
So there are three Republican Senators planning on killing it and not just McCain.
...despite President Donald Trump repeatedly saying that he expects to win over Democrats.
Even if true I think last night kind of killed chances of that.
It is so sad to think of the GOP lineup being: Bush, Bush, Dole, Bush, Bush, McCain, and Romney. The second choice wasn’t much better.
In all fairness, there are two other senators that say they will vote against the bill. Why pick on McCain? Don’t get me wrong. I’m living for the day that McCain will retire.
Never trust any republican who is worshiped by the current media!!
Embarrassed to say I donated to his presidential campaign.
Can’t be gone soon enough!!!!!!
Of course he is
McShamey is a lying traitorous commie coward
