ACLU defends article linking Taylor Swift to white supremacists

The ACLU and Taylor Swift are squaring off after the singer tried to get an article detailing how white supremacy movements have embraced her lyrics and music videos, and how her silence has exacerbated the matter, pulled from a website.

On Monday, the ACLU sent a letter to Swift's legal team arguing that an article posted by PopFront that links the star to the white supremacy movement should not be taken down -- as Swift has requested -- because the writer has the right to free speech.

When you write something you know to be untrue with malicious intent, it's libel. The ACLU knows this and for them to defend it is reprehensible. Especially when they know good and well it would never stand in court.

That might have a grain of truth, because many people tend to think that their race/culture is better than others. But it also holds true of blacks, Asians, Native Americans, and Hispanics. But Judeo/Christian culture has a strong element that all humanity goes back to a common parentage, whereas many other cultures do NOT have that belief.
