Secret side agreements are a common maneuver by corporate law firms. Here’s how they work. An agreement that is legal and passes the smell test is drafted and submitted to a court or a regulatory body for public consumption. Then, a separate, secret side agreement is written and signed by both sides and it contains all of the smelly, shady, ethically questionable hard details on how the original agreement will be carried out.
Donna Brazile, the former interim Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) during the 2016 presidential campaign, has written a new book, “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns that Put Donald Trump in the White House,” and has revealed the secret side agreement that the DNC had with Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
In 2015, Hillary Clinton’s campaign set up a joint fundraising committee called the Hillary Victory Fund (HVF) with the DNC and over 30 state democratic committees. The public portion of the agreement indicated that Hillary would raise funds for her own campaign while also allocating a portion to the DNC to help the overall Democratic Party as well as allocating funds to state democratic committees in order to support down-ballot candidates in their local elections. But the secret side agreement that effectively privatized the DNC, giving Hillary and her campaign lawyers control of the DNC and its money, had yet to see the light of day.

I don’t think Seth was killed over the emails (although if he leaked them, that did not help his cause) ..... I think he was killed because he discovered the “secret agreement” - his boss was Amy Dacey, who signed the agreement with Mook. Seth was killed July 10 - the DNC convention was July 25. Imagine what heck would have broken loose with the Bernie Bro contingent if this had come to light before the convention? Bernie might have been inspired to not knuckle under to Hillary Rotten, too. Seth needed to be ‘permanently’ shut up and the Clinton Criminal Campaign had serious motivation to do it. They also had the connections/means to do it if the stories from the surgeon who expected Seth to survive, are true. Podesta, in one of his leaked emails, said Hilly was desperate to find out what had been leaked, as if she had something major to hide .... this secret agreement would have qualified as ‘major’. As for Donna, I think Hilly would do something to her just for spite/meanness since some of the major ‘beans’ have already been spilled.
Hilly is actually the modern day Ma Barker.

YES, that is key and a lot of the public commentary so far is missing this (perhaps intentionally). The Hillary campaign effectively circumvented the FEC regulations on campaign donations by allowing donors to give much larger amounts, nominally to state party committees, which funds the Hillary campaign clawed back almost completely.

It’s a “how to” manual for destroying your personal enemies using private eyes, lying false agents who get close to the target as “new friends,” and leaks of false information to co-opted lying “journalists” in the MSM. Substitute “Fusion GPS” where it says “Black Cube.”
The Church of Scientology uses the exact same “private Gestapo” tactics against its perceived enemies to cow them into silence.
This has been the Clinton Cartel playbook going back to Arkansas. The Clinton gang even had goons slashing the tires of Bill’s victims, and killing their cats, which were left on front porches to terrify them into silence.
Using cut-outs to cut-outs (law firms to private goon armies to criminal goons) it’s not a big stretch to think that somebody in the Clinton gang said, “somebody needs to take care of Seth Rich.”
And voila, he’s dead.

Ronan Farrow, son of Hollywood perv Woody Allen, is doing some great work exposing the Hollywood sleaze and evil machinations. But his New Yorker piece could have also been describing the Clintons, their law firm, and Fusion GPS.
Yup....these are valuable lessons....but we knew it all way before they thpught we knew.
Way back when it was all dismissed by the Clinton Cartel as the “Vast Right Wing Conspiracy.”
