We had a big party one semester. A kid left the party, went back to the dorm and jumped out of a window. Killed him. They tried to blame us but one of our members was the first African American SGA President in the school’s history so it went nowhere.
I went to UMass. Plenty of jumpers there.
The group punishment is what gets me. Most of the people having to pay for this had nothing to do with whatever it was.
The only reason the school charters the Greek organizations is that these
Grads give more dollars back later. IMHO schools have no business chartering or sanctioning these student party clubs.
