Tony Podesta’s lobbying firm, the Podesta Group, represented the Russian-owned company Uranium One during former President Barack Obama’s administration and did not register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, The Daily Caller News Foundation has determined.
Podesta collected lobbying fees of $180,000 from Uranium One, according to the non-partisan Center for Responsive Politics, that discloses lobbying documents filed with Congress. The uranium company states on its web site it is a “wholly owned subsidiary” of RUSANO, the Russian State Corporation for Nuclear Energy.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller already is scrutinizing Podesta and his firm for allegedly failing to register as a lobbyist for the European Center for a Modern Ukraine, a Ukrainian government entity. His role there is tied up with former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort who was indicted on 12 counts on Oct. 30, including the failure to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

They are leaving John P. out of the equation. He is a co owner and in this deep. Too close to Hillary so they will let John skate. tony will end up with a fine payable to the clinton Foundation.

True, until Mueller threw the book at Manafort. Half of the charges against Manafort relate to his failure to register as a foreign lobbyist.
From my read of the Manafort indictment, Mueller seems to be blaiming Manafort for hiding information from Podesta. Mueller doesn't even mention Podesta's Company's name, as if he's made the name of the company anonymous to protect the "innocent".
In my opinion, Muellers is there to protect the Deep State.
Who hired whom?

The indictment suggests to me that Manafort hired Co. A and Co. B to lobby Congress. I believe that the indictment claims that at least Co. A may not have known about the foreign Yanukovych(Putin)/Party of Regions entity, The Centre, implying that Manafort hid that information about Russian-Ukrainian lobbying from Co. A.
I could be wrong. When I get time later today, I'll have to read it again to verify that.
So Tony the Rat did the same thing as Manafort.
My superficial reading/knowledge indicates that the PG and Manafort have had multiple interactions over the years with various org chart reporting relationships not all of which may have been well documented.
Frankly I’ll fall over in a dead faint if Tony even gets a slap on the wrist.
Podesta’s a typical liberal elite monster - the press will cover for him... and Mulehead will yawn..
