Have you ever seen herds of starving cattle in the Midwest? Or livestock chowing down on soybeans? A little education about agribusiness wouldn’t hurt, ya know?
Here’s a place to start - compare corn production cost vs yield times price per bushel, and how much of a box of corn flakes goes to the farmer.
I was talking about how ethanol (corn) damages engines. Yes, I know about use of corn for livestock. More farmers are profiting from corn for ethanol, which has driven up price....better use is for feed....starving children, etc.
It is a waste of time to try to educate the urbanites. Ask them what the corn carryover was from last year. They are pathetically ungrateful in this regard and just like libtards. Corn sold for $2 a bushel in 1950, and now the cash price is $3.20 a bushel. Skyrocketing inflation because of ethanol.
