It’s actually 40 miles from San Antonio, I am thinking they are much more conservative in that small town.

I saw a Twitter post that said the shooter fled in a vehicle and then crashed. He was on foot when the cops caught up to him and shot him.

People in cities probably carry in church but people in small towns do not.

They feel safe because everybody knows everybody.
