Donna Brazile: People Who Want Me to ‘Shut Up’ Can ‘Go to Hell’

Former Democratic National Committee interim chair Donna Brazile responded to pushback against the in her forthcoming book about the Democratic Party, telling her critics to "go to hell."

"For those who are telling me to shut up, they told Hillary that a couple of months ago, you know what I tell them, 'Go to hell.' I’m going to tell my story," she said on ABC "This Week" on Sunday.

“Because this is a story of a young girl who started in American politics at the age of 9, who continues to fight each and every week of her life,” she added.

In an excerpt of her book, published this week in Politico, Brazile writes of a fundraising deal that she says allowed Clinton’s campaign to influence the party's finances before she won the nomination. It also left the door open for other candidates to make similar arrangements.

I am 63 and I can’t remember anything like the meltdown we are witnessing in the Democratic party and the various identity groups connected with them. For the most part, none of the fighting seems to have spread over the boundaries into conservatism or onto conservatives. They lob and occasional shot, which tend to go wide, but that’s about it.

Basically, she's been in politics her whole life, and fighting for her people, and nothing to show for her efforts. Not too smart, especially when she put all her marbles in with the democrats. She'll die fighting, but losing, and eventually, she will have been irrelevant to "her" people and to America in general. Her only hope is to take down Hillary and the DNC and the democrats, but then, she hasn't really learned anything in her entire life, other than lying her entire life and being on the wrong side of history.
