Those under the income limit, qualify for Medicaid, especially if their state has expanded coverage.

Before the Obamacare private health insurance kicks in, a deductible must be paid up front. In many cases, people still have only the illusion of coverage.

And whether it covers everything medically necessary, depends on the selected plan.

Correct. For many the exchanges are an illusion of coverage and simply are taking money from both the government and the folks either living just above the medicaid line. Deductibles are between 5-10,000. Can someone explain to me if you are living just above the medicaid cutoff, have 0bamacare, and get sick/hurt...how are you supposed to be able to pay thousands of dollars in a deductible? I mean really?
