And this is a good debate to have.

All of these acts of war(terrorism) are treated as one off, unique, discrete, civilian criminal acts, and have been handled as such in our civilian criminal justice system.

We have not up to now, considered that these terrorist acts are acts of war.

Let’s have that debate. Let’s have Michael Moore and the liberals argue that he needs to be tried as a civilian criminal in our civilian criminal justice system. Let him and the liberals make their case. I’m all ears.

Congress could declare against Islam. Why not? Islam is at war with the West, and has been for 1,300 years.

Of course, members of Congress would lose the barbarian vote, and will never come close to dealing with these animals.

That happened in the President's hometown, so he is most certainly pissed about this at multiple levels. Treating incidents like this as a law enforcement issue has gone on way too long. There's been NOTHING to provide incentive for idiots to think twice about committing such acts. The islamonuts keep referring to it as "war" - okay, so lets step up and treat it as such. The key to getting the upper hand is to make the consequences too rough for the enemy to consider it worth their while to want to participate.
