I live in the middle of nowhere (Pop. 238) on 160 acres at the end of an unmarked and unnamed dead-end road. I can see anyone coming for miles in three directions, and if they can get past the dogs and up the wooded ravine coming in from the south, me & ‘Vera’ will be waiting for them on the front porch. ;)
I envy your isolation. I live in a typical suburb, surrounded by anonymous people, some of whom have license plates that raise the hair on my neck. IRAQI1 LUVALLAH
