Regent Square is an upscale neighborhood. I often drive through to and from the VA hospital. Seeing a noose there is more than a surprise. Could be fake. The male could be garnering a shit load of virtue signalling points. If I was a neighbor, I’d use a hidden game camera to “help” the police.
