Something tells me that THIS is why Goodell has been holding Jerry’s star running back Zeke Elliott’s future hostage.
IIRC the allegations against Elliott were from actions that he allegedly committed months before Elliott was in the NFL. Actions that local cops and prosecutors didn’t find conclusive enough to prosecute Elliott for at the time.
But somehow the meddling and generally incompetent Goodell thought the NFL should bring charges against Elliott anyway.
Well hopefully they can fix this so rather than going fishing, doing projects or just spending precious time with their kids, american males can get back to sitting on their a$$ and watching 100% illiterate a$$es who completely squandered an educational opportunity 99% of the world would die for run back and forth for 12 minutes chasing a ball while occasionally jumping and throwing for more money per hour than the average schlub makes in a year.
