How Trump can shut down the special counsel probe and leave the Russia investigations to Congress
WSJ ^ | 10/29/17 | By David B. Rivkin Jr. and Lee A. Casey

Mr. Trump can end this madness by immediately issuing a blanket presidential pardon to anyone involved in supposed collusion with Russia or Russians during the 2016 presidential campaign, to anyone involved with Russian acquisition of an American uranium company during the Obama administration, and to anyone for any offense that has been investigated by Mr. Mueller’s office. Political weaponization of criminal law should give way to a politically accountable democratic process. Nefarious Russian activities, including possible interference in U.S. elections, can and should be investigated by Congress.

The Wall Street Journal has been openly anti-Trump since he won the GOP nomination last year.

I really have to question their motivations when they post articles and op-ed pieces with this kind of "advice" to the Trump administration.

I think it's just as likely that the WSJ is worried about a boatload of Republicans -- and the media outlets that support them -- getting exposed in the "Trump dossier" investigation.

WSJ is trying to protect te Obama administration. They are in Mueller’s sights.

Not in a million years is Mueller going after the Obama administration.

Trump should leverage the situation and say, “If Democrats doing the same sorts of things are not indicted/tried then I would have to pardon the Republicans, just in the interest of fairness of results.”
Looks fairer and would put pressure on special counsel to be unbiased.

An interview with Gen Kelly just aired on Laura Ingraham’s new (premiered tonight) show, on Fox News.

You can probably find a replay on your cable/satellite provider, or on Fox’s website.

I watched the whole thing just now as well...and I missed that remark.
I must be slipping!
I was very, very impressed with his expressiveness and his clear support of Trump’s shared values.

The WSJ is not pro-Trump. The uniparty wants Trump to fire Mueller so they can claim obstruction. It’s clear now that Mueller and Trump haven’t been at odds for a while now, and that Hillary/Podestas are the targets.

Trump can and should fire Mueller for filing on such trivial matters.... while leaving SorozNazi HilLIARy Obama DWS-DNC free to walk the streets

close down the current bs.... and
then hire a real honest person to head up a real honest investigation of the most serious damage, criminal and treasonous conduct of the Soroz/Obama/HilLIARy crowd.
