I heard Mark Levin telling that this guy came in on a Diversity Visa (Countries that are not on regular visa lists) where all they have to do is go online and fill out a form (no fees) then are picked by a lottery. Mark had never heard of this type of Visa before and probably no one else has either. This was sponsored by Chuck Schumer in the 90's.

FOX said this morning that some country over there put their entire phone book up for the diversity lottery visa program. Don’t know it that’s true but it might as well be for all the vetting we do. Of course, what’s to vet when there’s no records to vet because those countries don’t have data on people. What’s to vet for someone who’s 20 and hasn’t done anything with his life yet?
