Bush’s called in FBI tip was just to say he wasn’t in Dallas, it was an alibi maker. He picked on some student who had nothing to do with anything, but he left his name and location on his called in tip. Bush was CIA from long before then...

Looked again. He called in from Tyler tx at 1:45 pm on Nov 22 and was going to dallas...so yes your theory could be right..although they could have traced his call. Dont know how far tyler is from dallas.. as in dallas to tyler and then back to dallas
