I’m Italian and if that said 75 Italian families, I’d say we’d own the neighborhood in a few generations :)
Got 61 first cousins. 20 aunts and uncles (many deceased now).
Even if my one “family” of 20 aunts and uncles had 61 kids, if THEY have three kids each, we’re near 200. And forget it after that :)
