Rosa Maria Hernandez was already frightened when she sat in an ambulance Tuesday night, speeding toward a Texas hospital so that she could undergo emergency gall bladder surgery, according to her familys attorney.
The 10-year-old child was scared before the ambulance stopped at a Border Patrol checkpoint before federal immigration officers detained her for living in the country illegally.

The Slimes fails again to include the most important word: illegal. If she wasn’t illegal, this wouldn’t have happened. If her parents hadn’t broken the law, this wouldn’t have happened. Don’t blame law enforcement for upholding our laws.

Another article designed to shame us and at the same time weaken our resolve to uphold the laws of this country by tugging at our heartstrings.
As someone else here said, the operative concept here is ‘illegal’ as in being here.
So, as Ben Shapiro said, facts don’t care about feelings. Or something like that.
The article even admits that her family brought her here for the free healthcare.
Related, Sessions says the ACLU lawyers took the illegal that came over here a month ago for a free abortion in at 4:30 in the morning to have it done before his office could file against it.
So I take it the taxpayers were spared tens of thousands of dollars?
Look folks, I don’t want any human being to suffer. We did not set up this mess.
Those who did are the ones and whose families are subject to these problems.
I don’t get a kick out of it. Believe me.
It’s a damn shame what they brought on themselves.
I read about a lady from Europe that had come to the United States expressly to be judged critically ill so she could demand a kidney here. If my memory serves here, she was allowed to jump the line to get immediate care.
These types of stories, and the crime associated with illegal aliens, it just angers me.
Where is the compassion for our citizens? When does the U. S. Citizen taxpayer free ride start?
No, she got the gall bladder transplant ... series, the surgery. And the US taxpayers get the bill.

“After undergoing gallbladder surgery on Oct. 24, 2017, federal agents refused to release Rosa Maria Hernandez back to her parents, sending her instead to a children’s shelter in San Antonio, Texas, that her family said is not equipped to care for her, according to the attorney representing her mother.”
My wife’s same surgery was basically out-patient.
But nothing’s too good for Mexican citizens. She’s not even a cowbird chick.
.
Invader, not “immigrant.”
And gall bladders don’t need surgery, they need colonic irrigation. Medical malpractice delayed, sob, sob.
.
The people who feel their compassion for immigrants should set national policy should first fill up their own homes with immigrants.
PS “emergency surgery” Maybe an FR medico can clear this up, but I don’t recall my wife’s surgery being critical, like an appendix that might burst.
Like the other illegal alien who needed American taxpayers to pay for her abortion (which was illegal in Mexico) I suppose the “emergency” may have been that they were facing deportation.
Keep the family together. They’re all illegal, send them all home. Same with ‘anchor families”. They’ve soaked us enough already. Once the wall is well along, mass deportations of these blood suckers.
I don’t see the problem. Why is this news?
.
To many, the “emergency” status is related to pain tolerance.
.
The Democrats and their allies, as usual are digging themselves a nice, deep hole.
The American people want border security. This was President Trump’s signature issue.
If he is able to complete only, say, half the wall over the rest of his first term, due to the obstructionism of the cheap labor/open borders crowd, I believe the American people will give him a second term just to complete the work.
So this is the crack they are wedging their tails into. IMHO. “Let’s not be hasty.” Treebeard the Ent
REJECTED!
Total Fake News.
Ten-Year-olds don't get gall stones...
Beyond absurd
Moving right along...
At the age of 86 my wife’s grandmother in Kansas (gone now, at age 103) pulled herself up basement stairs and to the front door with a broken hip to unlock it so the paramedics wouldn’t break down her door.
She saw Teddy Roosevelt give a speech from the back of a train. He completed another speech after eating a bullet.
We’re Americans. Time to shed ourselves of these expensive, uninvited weaklings.
Great, just great...
I was also referencing an old story, back about then years with that European Kidney patient.
