The former White House adviser says that Breitbart will be redoubling its efforts to focus on Hollywood political bias. A few months after exiting Washington as President Donald Trump's chief adviser, Steve Bannon is back at Breitbart as its executive chairman and is refocusing some of his attention on Hollywood as the industry grapples with claims about Harvey Weinstein's alleged sexual abuse. Bannon is planning an effort to convince conservatives in the industry to tell stories of political retribution.
"Hollywood isn't a new battlefront for Breitbart, it's the original battle," Bannon tells The Hollywood Reporter. "The fact it's blowing itself up isn't a new stage in the culture war, it's an inevitable one."
First up in this invigorated battle is a 14,000-word article written by a Hollywood insider who will outline what he says was a pattern of discrimination against him and his family due to his conservative political views and especially his support of Trump.
The article, to be published this week, was written by Patrick Courrielche, a former joke writer for Sarah Silverman and Tracy Morgan who started his career as a dancer on American Bandstand and now writes and produces.

Isn’t Bannon a Hollywood guy?
Pardon, this is actually Champagne & Popcorn time!
good ! nuke their collective asses
Hell if we can get rid of Hollywood, the NFL, ESPN, and the Clintons in one year?...there ain’t enough popcorn in the world!
Need more champagne!!!!
Bannon makes bank off of hollywood, but based on his strategic warrior achievements, he’s Annapolis / Harvard Biz School more than anything else.
He runs Brietbart, whose founder was hollywood to the bone. Both Brietbart and Bannon are both nevertheless pro-American.
Bannon also helped the cruznadian before that rotting whale went belly up.
More and more, it seems that Bannon’s brief stint in the administration was mainly to give him an insider’s perspective on Washington. He could then take this knowledge and put it to good use in his new crusade against the Left.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he and Trump had planned it like this all along.
HOORAY Steve Bannon
I tend to concur I’m surprised any conservative would need to “blow up Hollywood”...been boycotting it flat out for years. money talks but if you’re watching Netflix etc they’re still getting residuals you’re not really boycotting Hollywood they’re still getting money from you
These are the second generation American Patriots. Bannon, Roger Stone, Trump, Breitbart, I would even throw in Alex Jones, they all talk & act like Jefferson, Adams, & Washington.
I always romanticized living through 1776. Now is it. It enravels how it does.
Given that Weinstein’s actions were an open secret, you would have thought that a conservative publication with a section titled Big Hollywood would have been all over it.
I agree. And don’t discount the notion that Steve Bannon is a possible successor to Trump.
I for one would prefer him over Pence, who though loyal, is too quiet and reserved for me.
