I intensely dislike Neil DeGrasse Tyson for the same reasons that I dislike Bill Nye the Pseudoscience Guy, but I find myself skeptical in this instance.
Why?
Ditto. My Left friends LOVE DeGrasse Tyson and constantly expound on his intellect. I stay quiet as there is no point in trying to argue with ‘idealists’ who believe whatever Leftists preach. Carl Sagan would (probably) be pretty embarrassed by Neil (although I don’t know what Sagan’s politics were, back then Leftists occasionally called out other Leftists, which NEVER happens now).
According to political correctness, female accusers never lie. Anyone who disbelieves her is sexist. He is guilty until proven innocent. Those are the rules the left wanted. Now they have them.
According to the freerepublic standard, if you don’t like the guy, you MUST believe all charges.

I dunno. Nothing about Neil specifically gives me a predator vibe, but he also seems to have that privileged “don’t you know who I am?” attitude about as bad as anyone in the known universe.
