By filing misleading reports, the DNC and Clinton campaign undermined the vital public information role of campaign disclosures, said Adav Noti, with the Campaign Legal Center in a statement obtained by LawNewz. Noti previously served as the FECs Associate General Counsel for Policy.

So maybe a law or laws were broken with this dossier?
No, it’s a complaint with the FEC filed by a private group. The headline is misleading.
It’s alright, the Clintons have immunity from the law. They can just claim ignorance.
They won’t do anythign either.
Investigate, investigate, nobody can keep them all straight.
Until someone goes to jail for criminal activity, why would anyone think it will end?
If they do an investigation, I hope it implicates Comey and perhaps Mueller. That would be popcorn worthy.
Like all the witchs crimes there will be no pnishment, because she’s a Clinton RAT!
FEC never has cared much about foriegn campaign donations, illegal lotteries, voter intimidation, vandalism of campign offices and vehicles, ballot stuffing, illegal voting, etc etc so long as the culprits are Democrats.
No reasonable prosecutor would find that there was intent to willfully violate any laws. And it is old news. And it’s already be explained by people who have looked at this. And you just hate Hillary because she is a strong woman.
Same investigation. It just took a turn for the hearse...
It's not about criminality, it's about money. YOUR MONEY.
They don't care how much they spend.
Do you think they'll shut down the Mueller investigation on Trump now that everyone knows it's all fake...no!
According to FEC reports, Clintons campaign reported 37 payments to the law firm and reported each disbursement as Legal Services. The DNC reported 345 payments to Perkins Coie during the election cycle and marked the payments as legal and compliance consulting, administrative fees, data services subscription and others.
The purpose of at least some portion of the payments to Perkins Coie was not for legal services; instead, those payments were intended to fund opposition research, the FEC complaint reads. This false reporting clearly failed the Commissions requirements for disclosing the purpose of a disbursement.
What type of punitive action can the FEC take if it finds the complaint has merit?
How about tax evasion...?
Took a turn for the hearse
LOL!
