I have changed my mind, in favor of the “gateway drug” paradigm.
It is NOT a practice whereby the damage and harm are limited to the user.
Pot leads to speed leads to pain meds leads to heroin.
Drug users commit many crimes, to support their drug supply.
Dumb. Almost every user of those drugs started out by drinking milk so ip so facto drinking milk leads to addicting drugs?
I don’t think so.
Sugar leads to fat leads to a bad back leads to prescription pain pills to illegal pain pills to heroin.
I know many pot users that have never moved past pot. I don’t know many heroin users (not my crowd) but I firmly believe that doctors prescribing pain pills has lead to a heroin epidemic where I live.
Legalization keeps people from having to frequent dealers where meth, coke and other drugs might be available. Could your statement be amended to say "Alcohol leads to weed, leads to pot....?"
