Listen to the shooting.
Anyone who’s ever been in a firefight will recognize the 2 different rifle calibers.

the nyt posits 12 volleys.

how many volleys did you hear?

in your opinion, which volleys were 5.56?

in your opinion, which volleys were .30?

in your opinion, what about .308 volleys, were there any? which #(s)?

if it is so easy to recognize, i would hope that some experts are willing to go on the public record. any cites would be appreciated.

He could have been using the computer to look at porn, could be as simple as that. He stayed in the room for a few days so that is the most likely reason. Then destroys the hard drive so he doesn’t wind up like his brother who just got caught with kiddie porn.

Trash can be recovered but I highly doubt they dug through the entire trash from Mandalay. Wouldn’t be hard to get rid of a hard drive on a property that large.

The kiddie porn angle...I’ve heard lots of theories regarding the Las Vegas massacre..Might as well throw that in too.

Mandalay security guy [Campos] missing too? In Mexico?

This is beyond bizarre.

Or another thought is there is a Malware virus that puts the same kid porn on everyone’s computer.

He played so much money, @ $120,000/hr that he got so many tickets, it was almost a guaranteed win of the $100,000. Which was still a loss. But yes, Stephen Paddock had a ticket drawn and won the $100,000.

If you were laundering money and didn’t care how much you spent, great way to pick up $100,000 “legally”.

Who knows? His brother also said he won $250,000 on a slot machine.

Let’s put it this way Wahabi Saudi Prince goes full auto on Christian infadils, party goers just like in Paris then shoots his American enabler(either before or after the shooting, then skips up the stares to his room. The ‘lonewolf’ American gets the blame and the prince enjoys the death and chaos he created.

Paddock was a high paid hitman that laundered money via gambling. He participated in this, not knowing he was going to be one of the deceased...?

Your hitman theory is fascinating. Fits the criminal family profile.

Not to mention the rifle that is not there that he bought on the way to Vegas (Ruger American in 308, reported by the gun shop that sold it)

A lot of the injuries were blunt force trauma. Stepped on or run over in the panic.

If he had no help there would be no reason for him to ditch the hard drive.

Maybe he just wanted us to wonder exactly why he did it.

In that case, eliminating the hard drive would be a priority, given the number of clues it might reveal under forensic examination.
