I’m a Jets fan. Or whatever you want to call it after 40 years.
I sinned and watched the game last week.
And God punished me and every other fan good.
Done for the season with the NFL
Wife is two time breast cancer survivor and one time brain cancer survivor and she has to live with me.
She loves football and I wont torture her to not watch it. If it distracts her from radiation treatments, I am glad.
But I’m done with the NFL.
Wanting to make sure Colin is on a football team before they stop kneeling? They can go #### themselves.
But for those who get few joys in life, or if it alleviates some suffering they are going through, I’m not going to harass those people.
There’s not enough of them to keep the NFL alive anyway.
I’m sorry to learn about your wife. Thank God she survived all that! And it can’t be easy for you either.
I agree - afford her every comfort and entertainment her heart desires. Life is too short anyway.

My real boycott began when the bigot Roger Goodell went after Rush Limbaugh when the radio talker was in a position to become a minority owner of the St Louis Rams. This was about the same time the NFL was promoting (at least in Miami) the addition of “celebrity” owners of NFL teams.
One of these “celebrity” owners was the female singer of the Black Eyed Peas. Her name is Fergie. Fergie was the singer who wet her pants on stage. She was apparently “worthy” of NFL ownership status, but Rush Limbaugh, a distinguished opinion maker and serious businessman, was not allowed to be part of the club.
Bigots.

I like the whatever you want to call it after 40 years line. Giants fan or should I say ex Giants fan with loads of Jet fan family and friends here and that sums up Jet fan disgust nicely. I’m also done with the NFL. Why should I invest one minute in this insult?
