Bone Spurs Are a Thorny Problem

I have a bone spur in my heel, developed just a few years ago.Quite painful when walking....and no way would I be able to run.The podiatrist said that surgery can be done but a special insert in my show was a much better choice. Now walking isn't too bad but there's no way that I could have even gotten through BCT with it.

I have a bone spur.

Running is out. Marching would be out.

Walking is ok if I wear the proper shoes.
