I am embarrassed today. My alma mater, the University of Wisconsin, has students so damned ignorant that they are protesting Abraham Lincoln who they claim owned slaves.

The NEA and AFT must be outlawed as dangers to our children! They are turning out ignorant, unprepared fools and shoving them into colleges, unprepared to learn. Of course, the colleges no longer teach...they just indoctrinate!

I agree! Several years ago my son was told he was to read a book on China before his first week of college and that all the freshmen would discuss this book their first week.

STUPID! I was so mad thinking Hanover College here in Indiana would be more conservative--Our Vice President's college. I told my son at the time the book should have been a classic of an American author.

Sad, but so true.

Some, not all, of the youngsters I know are all "drama queens or princes" and have a "look at me..look at me" attitude.

I sure wish my former history teachers were around to set them straight. It wouldn't be pretty!!
