Ty Clevenger filed the grievance in New York, where Mr. Comey was a former U.S. attorney and is licensed to practice law.
Mr. Clevenger said Mr. Comeys testimony to Congress that he did not predetermine the outcome of the FBIs probe into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is belied by revelations this week that he in fact started drafting an exoneration months before even speaking with Mrs. Clinton.
Insofar as Mr. Comey gave materially false testimony to Congress, it appears that he violated Rules 1.0(w), 3.3(a)(1), and 8.4 of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, Mr. Clevenger wrote.
He also asked to renew grievances in New York against former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, saying Mr. Comeys claim that she tried to pressure him to downplay the Clinton probe should subject her to scrutiny.

Comey and Mueller both need to be held accountable for any shenanigans they have been involved in.

Maybe Comey and Bubba can live up what oath they took. NOT.

and time to start harassing FCC licensed media who will NOT disseminate the information!
I just did a search on the CNN website for any mention of uranium, uranium 1, etc, after looking in vain for a story about the Russia uranium deal..
NOT ONE WORD!
besides reporting them to the FCC, we should all email them to their “send a tip” email address:

If Comey is disbarred, his new book will be worth a lot less than before.

To: SkyPilot
    ALL that and just disbarment..?
Wow.
And then maybe not even THAT.

Should be done for Mueller and Rosenstein.
The fact that all three of them were involved in the investigation and coverup of the Russian uranium scandal invalidates all three from any official office.
Certainly, Trump should fire Rosenstein who appointed Mueller to investigate Trump at the instigation of Comey.
This is classic “one hand washes the other” to prevent the dirty laundry of all three from surfacing.

This hurts Mueller who was gonna use that 7 foot stack of shit to nail Trump. Now “Stacks” is disbarred. Not a good witness.

    Disbar?
Dismember is much more appropriate.

Disbarring works for me, but it’s just a start. He needs to do the “three hots and a cot” experience.
Alcatraz is just sitting there vacant. I suggest it be re-opened to house Clintons, Podestas, Obamas, Comey, Mueller, Holder, etc.

??? He is not disbarred simply because someone filed a document requesting it. The chances that the NY bar will actually act against Comey (or Lynch) are probably very close to zero. But it is nice to see Comey getting called out for his outrageous misconduct.
