I have traveled with women co-workers. There are rules....
1) NO ALCOHOL !!
2) never meet in rooms, always the lobby.
3) never have dinner in a booth, only a table, preferably in the center of the room
The first two are completely sensible, but I have to admit that I don’t get #3. As long as it’s in a public place, what’s wrong with a booth? I’m not disagreeing with the rule, just asking about it.
I travel with male co-workers all the time. It would be inappropriate and frankly, weird, to drag the spouses along.
People needs to grow the heck up.
