President Trump declared on Twitter Wednesday that James Comey "totally protected Hillary Clinton," after the FBI confirmed the former bureau boss drafted a statement on the private email case two months before it was over.
In a series of tweets, Trump also swiped at the Justice Department, seeming to suggest they review what he called an apparent "fix."
Wow, FBI confirms report that James Comey drafted letter exonerating Crooked Hillary Clinton long before investigation was complete, Trump tweeted. Many people not interviewed, including Hillary Clinton herself. Comey stated under oath that he didnt do this obviously a fix? Where is Justice Dept?

He is a master of misdirection, haven’t you noticed? Look over there!!
(”go after NBC license”) -—> Republican voter registrations continue to grow, Obamacare is gutted, and the Dow hits new record highs.
No one knows what Mueller and Sessions are doing. The fact that there have been NO leaks is telling.
One thing is for sure: NO FReeper knows any more than what is in the public media and everything else is just BS, personal opinion, and fake news.

Sessions has already announced he will not be pursuing Clinton or any past Obama admin persons.
This is the first step before firing Sessions. In his place Trump will nominate a Mad Dog.
And the entire fight will shift to Congress where the Republicans will be forced to expose the fact they are working against Trump.
Just as the budget and tax reform debates heat up, going into the 2018 elections.
This is a master class in hardball politics.
He’s about to burn DOJ down, isn’t he... having IDd the good cops by now.
Yup. Trump does a great job of setting the stage.
“Where’s the justice dept?” is his way of getting people to start asking the same question.
He knows full well what’s going on, and is merely raising public awareness before taking his next step.
Any Trump AG would carry the same political baggage.
Sessions will never take this to a Grand Jury. He must be fired and replaced.
With a rabid dog.
“The President is asking, ‘Where is the Justice Department?’”
Somebody please provide our President with an Organizational Chart. Pleeeease???
“He could order the AG to open an investigation and impanel a Grand Jury yesterday.”
If he did that Hillary would have the whole case against her dismissed in court as political persecution.
He can’t talk to Sessions in private about this. Twitter is probably the best way.
I’ve addressed this so often, I don’t even feel like looking up the links again. I’ve posted them close to half a dozen times already.
No, legally the POTUS cannot order Sessions to do anything. He can ask, as Trump has done numerous times already. If that doesn’t work his only recourse is to fire Sessions.
The problem with that option is, when Trump earlier expressed his displeasure with Sessions, the Uniparty went berserk. They vowed never to confirm a replacement.
If Trump opts to fire Sessions, he has to be willing to endure hysterical chaos for the foreseeable future. Neither the Uniparty nor the MSM will ever stop skrieking about it. Plus. Trump will have no AG. It’s a tough spot to be in; Sessions has a lot to answer for.
Go Trump go!
“Hes about to burn DOJ down, isnt he”
That’s my best guess.
And it will have the support of 1/2 of the American people and 1/2 of the Republican party. The other half will side with the deep state and the Dims.
Remove everyone from top levels of DOJ and put your own people in, then prosecute. This is RICO.
“If he did that Hillary would have the whole case against her dismissed in court as political persecution.”
There is no such defense. One has never been attempted.
“No, legally the POTUS cannot order Sessions to do anything. He can ask, as Trump has done numerous times already. If that doesnt work his only recourse is to fire Sessions.”
What’s the difference? Whether he asks or orders, if he fires him for not doing it?
There’s NO WAY the GOP Senate blocks another nominee. It’s politically suicidal for them.
Suicidal.
Not a single person in the GOP backed Trump, when he earlier expressed his immanently reasonable frustration with Sessions. Every single GOPer who spoke up backed Sessions. Where is your evidence that anything has changed?
That's President Trump to you, -ssh-les...
Well said.
One could argue that spending the first 9 mos of Trump’s presidency accomplishing absolutely NOTHING is political suicide for the GOP. Yet here they are, doing exactly that.
