A Catholic university recently hosted a racially-tailored lunch meant to highlight the “social injustices for Black and Latino males” in the Milwaukee Area.
Marquette University, a Jesuit-run school located in Milwaukee, earlier this week gave a “Black Male Appreciation Luncheon” on its campus, an event upon which the school refused to comment in spite of multiple inquires from The College Fix.

How generous of the “Honkies With Diplomas” club. I imagine the “black and latino” males appreciate being profiled to be sent invitations.
White men don’t have time for racially-based luncheons. They have jobs.
I just never understand why someone at that location doesn’t immediately propose a “White Male Appreciation Lunch”.
This happens all over the place — celebration of black people for being black. Which is fine. I have no problem with it. But everyone knows you cannot celebrate white people for being white. Doing so would be the height of racism, hatred and bigotry.
We need to push back and have more “White Male Appreciation Lunches”. End the double standard.

What about Asian males - who have a higher average salary than White males?
If you want to recognize them, push a tea cart around the school library - where they will be STUDYING a STEM subject. Apparently, only God knows how they provide so well for their families in this horribly White racist society.
The hispanic men I know are very proud people.
They might want their own luncheon, instead of piggy-backing with the black guys.
You see how petty, expensive and nonproductive this can get?
This only feeds racial division and career victimhood.
How many times do you think President Trump’s name was mentioned that night? Each speaker becoming more progressively outraged than the man who spoke before him.

When I see such "celebrations", they simply scream "We know you're inferior to 'us', so here's your moment in the sun so 'we' can feel better about ourselves."
Not that I think that way, but that's what I hear every time I hear about one of these.
They ought to have labeled this “Blackmail Appreciation Luncheon”.
I think that there should be a APPRECIATION LUNCHEON FOR BELOW AVERAGE IQ’ers. After all, if we didn’t have them, half of those who currently have above average IQs would be considered below average.
To be really PC about it, how about a 'Cis-Gendered Male of Color Appreciation Luncheon?'
