The Philippines took over their independence in 1967 and it took the forced (BY the people) Presidency of Rodrigo Roa Duterte to finally take charge and command (So VERY similar to President Trump) of the evil and corruption that kept Americans talking down on a proud and wonderful nation.
If we truly war without conquest (which we do), then we need to let go of the Philippines.
We helped them in WW2, but that was 65 years ago ... we don't own them.
