The FBI is investigating multiple allegations of Puerto Rican government officials withholding FEMA supplies meant for hurricane victims.

The bureau received several complaints that local officials are distributing supplies to their friends and political supporters instead of people in need.

So far, the FBI is aware of six areas in Puerto Rico where supplies are being misappropriated.

This comes as President Trump hints he will pull first responders from the island.

The problem with that is that the LIBs/DIMs will give them foreign aid and “humanitarian” grants in perpetuity.

Pics of the mayor cruz on cnn wearing her olive drab fatigue jacket and cap trying to emulate her castro/che persona’s. Those pics are worth a thousand words showing her goals.

It’s always been a 3rd world banana republic mentality down there.

I hope the FBI goes to the Puerto Rican swap meet. There are probably some real good deals if you want to buy a generator with cash.

I wish our country had an organization that could investigate these allegations.

One that was trustworthy. One that was competent.

“Meanwhile Howard Dean is saying that the Clinton Foundation should be put in charge of relief efforts in Puerto Rico.”

What an evil idiot. Puerto Rico should ask Haiti how that “Clinton love” worked out for them?

We had some good Puerto Rican troops when I was in the Marine Corps. California is just as corrupt.

I think California would be better as a territory, and we will switch it with Puerto Rico.

My wife is PR, but born in Miami. I have been to PR a couple of times and hear all about it from her family. I agree. Banana Republic.

They have a great location. A great port for cruise ships. Tons of pharmaceutical and other business due to tax laws that rewarded investment, yet they are a cesspool and drowning in debt. They should have a huge surplus, not 23 trillion... oh, wait, that is us... regardless, they should have a surplus not debt, but Democrat Party modeled corruption ruins it for everyone, including the scum that are corrupt.

Give them $0.00. Sure, that’s harsh but it’s high time they learned a lesson. Stop the corruption. Stop voting in low lifes. Take responsibility for the budget. No more bail outs.

I know someone who audits the books of a company there. He says the books are a joke and everyone is corrupt. He has had to delay going down there and says the books will be impossible when he does get there.

The entire Establishment takes on Donald Trump, and they lose.

This is unlike anything I’ve seen in my life.

Go TRUMP!!

I used to go to PR two weeks a year on business. We had three operations there.

I hated driving up the mountains to get to Barranquitas. It was only about 30 miles from San Juan, but took about 2.5 hours to drive it (To be safe, you drove about 20 MPH).

You never knew if there was going to be a cow or horse standing in the road right after a hair pin curve (which was the entire trip). Your only options (if you were driving too fast) would be to swerve and take a leap off the mountain or hit the critter. Haha

They never give away enough of OPM (Other Peoples’ Money) from their pathetic socialistic perspective. Lunatics.

Government officials stealing from the citizens.

This isn’t anything new. And of course nobody is EVER punished and the citizens never drag these corrupt politicians out into the street and beat the living hell out of them.

Until that happens, well, expect it to continue.

I watched OANN and think, frankly, that the talking head and repetitious video clips model of news delivery pioneered by CNN is something we have moved beyond. Whether we are merely accustomed to or prefer entertaining delivery I couldn’t say. But OANN is flat.

Gee, and I wonder if this sort of bullsh#t went on in the wake of Katrina. It’s been a pretty disgusting spectacle with that woman mayor of San Juan having the Media Party eat out of her hand.

Democrat mayor. Democrat Governor. I'd say you bet!

That’s a nice thought. But their lack of capacity, from what the news delivers, to reboot civilization in the face of overwhelming destruction could just as easily result in an adult version of Lord of the Flies.

My guess? They’ll end up just as corrupt as they were, if no more so, no matter what we do. We have to ask if we’re willing to let them starve to death, and I doubt it. Imperialism doesn’t just suck for the recipients of it, given a moral imperial power.
