I used to be pretty close to color-blind. It just wasn’t interesting to me. People were people.

But that was a few decades ago. Today? Oh, I’m not color-blind. And I wouldn’t pretend to be color-blind. I know what the deal is.

I don’t deal with blacks unless I absolutely have no choice.
