I have performed consciousness research on many gays and lesbians. Even do workshops for their communities.
Gender identity is a function of the dominant aspect of consciousness. Sexual attraction is toward the compliment of the person’s dominant aspect, irregardless of gender.
While trauma can be one of many influencing factors, it is not the most common.
Parental codependency with the developing child is the strongest influence.
Your comment:
“Im not certain what you mean by being gay, but same-sex attraction disorder in men is induced by the trauma of a molestation or seduction in the pre-adult years.
As with other trauma-induced disorders, not all who suffer the trauma develop the disorder, but no one develops the disorder who did not suffer the trauma.”

Valid research does. Politicized research, of course, arrives at its own predetermined conclusions.
“I have performed consciousness research”
“Consciousness research?” Really?
Sorry, I place more credence in my own findings.
You speak of codepence. What do you think of the epigenetic argument? (Just curious.)
