Are you referring to former President Obama-mess?

These kids attend regular high schools.

The problem is the quality of education in Louisiana.

Former Governor Bobby Jindal improved things overall in Louisiana government, but his last year in office he spent campaigning for president and abandoned Louisiana.

If one could send such students to private schools like one of the Catholic or other quality Christian schools, these students could do better...

I don’t disagree with that. I will say some of them would simply refuse to take advantage of the opportunity though.

Yes, Obama.

I don’t disagree with the quality of the schools. I do know I wanted to to know how to read. By the third grade I was reading any book I wanted, at the adult level if I wanted.

I didn’t have exceptional teachers. I looked up words I didn’t know. It didn’t take long, and I knew them the second or third time, and I was off.

It was easy for me to conceptualize thoughts.

You see, I think that if you want to learn, you’ll learn.

Many of these kids going to the schools are more interested in looking tough than looking smart.

In the fourth grade I had this girl I really liked. She was a whiz at math. Our teacher would put us up in front of the class and have duels. I got to where I could beat her.

I did attend a school with about 20 students from grades 1 through 8.
