And you’re right. My forearm tattoo does send a message to anyone who sees it.

If it is a tasteful patriotic military tattoo, then thank you for your service. Can you start on Monday?

If it is a naked lady, or a demon or a picture of Che Guevarra or some LGBTQ symbol, then thanks for the interview. Well let you know.

Regardless of what you put there it is going to affect your future employment prospects. Even you have to admit that.

Someone might be offended by your patriotic tattoo (yeah, I wouldn't want to work for someone like that either) but if you are desperate for a job to feed your kids and to move out of the ghetto, a visible tattoo is a sure fire way to push you to the end of the line.

All I can say is you have to be really dedicated to whatever the message is you put on your body by way of a tattoo.

My Niece's daughter's boyfriend was killed in a car crash while texting to her. She and her mother both thought it would be a great tribute to him if they went to the tattoo parlor and got a giant tattoo of his name on her back between her shoulders. She was 17. I guess the mom signed some kind of waiver.

Within a couple of months she got a new boyfriend. He didn't share her first boyfriend's name.

This is a very destructive fad.

Kids are going out on their 18th Birthday to get some of the tattoos that I posted here. If they raised the age of consent for tattoos to 26 (which is the new age where children become adults under Obamacare) then this fad would die out quickly.

Yes, I am a veteran who served honorably, thank you.

My prominent tattoo expresses my thanks to God for my granddaughter, and serves as my reminder to remain thankful for all of His blessings.
