UK: Viewers of “jihadi websites” or “far-right propaganda” to get 15 years in prison
Jihad Watch ^ | OCTOBER 7, 2017 | ROBERT SPENCER

Posted on 10/07/2017 5:15:11 PM PDT by Mr. Mojo

British authorities like to pretend that there is equal terror threat coming from both jihadis and “right-wing extremists.” That leads to a diversion of resources that could be used to fight jihadis, and the persecution of innocent people, such as the politician Paul Weston, who was arrested for publicly reading Winston Churchill’s remarks about Islam.

The really insidious aspect of this, however, is that for years, Leftist and Islamic supremacist spokesmen have been claiming that any opposition to jihad terror that involved honest discussion of its motivating ideology was “far-right propaganda.” In light of that, what Amber Rudd is essentially saying here is that if you read jihadi websites or counter-jihad websites, you could face fifteen years in prison.

The British government claims to want to fight against jihad terror, but it is most energetic in fighting against those who are actually fighting against jihad terror.

Amber Rudd: viewers of online terrorist material face 15 years in jail (the Guardian):

People who repeatedly view terrorist content online could face up to 15 years behind bars in a move designed to tighten the laws tackling radicalisation the home secretary, Amber Rudd, is to announce on Tuesday.

A new maximum penalty of 15 years’ imprisonment will also apply to terrorists who publish information about members of the armed forces, police and intelligence services for the purposes of preparing acts of terrorism.

The tightening of the law around viewing terrorist material is part of a review of the government’s counter-terrorism strategy following the increasing frequency of terrorist attacks in Britain this year.

“I want to make sure those who view despicable terrorist content online, including jihadi websites, far-right propaganda and bomb-making instructions, face the full force of the law,” said Rudd.

Hopefully not, because since some people see that as a possibility, we can be firmly pushing against “hate speech” bills.

Militant political ideologies with the goal of tearing down the system by hook and crook are subversive and seditionist.

Additionally Communists have allied with the enemies of this nation time and time again providing material and “moral” support including inciting riots and throwing bombs.

It is criminal and not protected organizing.

Quoting Churchill’s criticism of Islam WILL get one arrested in today’s PC UK.

Just ask one Paul Weston.

Britain has gone nucking futz and now has a Muslim mayor of London. Will never visit there; I’d get arrested or beaten up for my opinion of Islam.

They view their citizens as the enemy and protect their invaders that wish them dead. This isn’t going to end well if this continues.

Given what Revelation says, yeah.

Satan is positioning his pawns, from the poofters to the communists, and Islamists too, for the final war.

Christ may not have returned last month, just as the trumpets supposedly heard around the world may not have been those trumpets, but that doesn’t mean anyone should start sounding like the mockers from Scripture: asking where is his return, for since the founding of the world all etc....

said, "False moral equivalence to try to make things fair"

The left has been pushing these false statistics showing "right-wing" groups commit more violent attacks then Jihadist.

They're completely fabricated but they're accepted government statistics

“The UK has no Constitutional rights, a mostly unarmed citizenry, and an aggressive and intimidating terrorist cult that the authorities protect at every turn. What could possibly go wrong?”

The UK has become totalitarian, in its own way. They’ve replaced one kind of Royalty with another. The latter is worse.

“Now READING things on the internet is a crime?”

Why is this any different than the USSR? The West won the Cold War, just so that we could become just like those we defeated.

Tell me about it. I honestly believe that Saudi Arabia bought England years ago and nobody told the people.

“...press internet companies to do more to prevent terrorist material being made available...”

It is happening here, too. I have, for many years, collected plans and instructions about homemade weapons. Lately, I have found more and more of the internet sites dealing with home gun-smithing blocked or taken down.

Brits have been citizens, as opposed to subjects, since 1983. Apparently, no one told them, however.

Really? I don’t know about that.

Does not every person who serves in their gov’t take an oath to the Queen and her heirs?

Some perpetuate the myth that her role is just ceremonial, yet does she not have the right to shut down Parliament anytime she so desires?

Do the Courts swear an allegiance to the Queen and thus serve HER and not to justice or to the people? Is this why all inquiries into pedophilia mysteriously get shut down? Think Jimmy Saville, who is NOT RIP, as close as one could get to the Royals.

Does the PM have to get her approval to serve? Why does the PM meet with her every week? To chit chat over tea and biscuits? Does the Queen hold the right to veto/overrule Parliament?

Why does she get the red box delivered to her that contains super top secret documents?

Is London part of the U.K. or is it its own domain? Is it true the Queen owns most of London (and Manhattan)?

The Royals exert strong power over the lives of their subjects.

But, they don’t seem to care and in fact, love their Queen. At least the non-muzzies do. Time will tell what will happen to the Royals once the muzzies overpopulate and take over.

It was the 1981 British Nationality Act. Although the notion that sovereignty resides with the citizenry, and not the central government, seems to be uniquely American.

[[The UK has no Constitutional rights, a mostly unarmed citizenry, and an aggressive and intimidating terrorist cult that the authorities protect at every turn.]]

And that is what the left are pushing for here- disarm, and then get aggressive against the citizens by passing laws such as the article mentioned- make ‘far right’ people and websites targets of discrimination and bullying- Funny how the left screams about bullying all the time, but they themselves are pushing for the ability to bully -
