Some folks not be happy about losing this kind of cash because of him. Indeed, he was the first; however, there are 32 owners who employ a commissioner. It was the commissioner's job to put a stop to this and the owner's job to make sure he did. Kaepernick is just a washed up player who tried to cash in.
