A mass shooting to achieve political aims is by definition terrorism. It’s nice to know that killing an armed terrorist is “legally justified”.
What is nice to know is that the prosecutor got it right. I wasn’t even aware, though I should have been in today’s world, that anyone even questioned the action carried out by the police to use deadly force against the perp.
