Danley met Paddock in Vegas. From 2010-2013, Danley worked at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa which Paddock frequented as a high-stakes gambler. In 2015 Danley divorced her husband of 25 yrs. (Geary Danley) while specifying one of Paddock’s homes as her address. One Atlantis employee said, “Then she was just gone one day … I asked some fellow workers and they said she went off with Stephen.”

As I posted previously, Danley’s comments (to family members) immediately after the shooting are disturbing to say the least. Fifty-eight people are dead at the hands of her boyfriend—the same guy who financed her world travels and wired her at least $100,000 in the weeks before the rampage. And her first comments (according to her kin) are “Oh my conscience is clear—I’ll fix this.”
Not the words of someone who seems surprised, or displays the slightest bit of empathy for the victims. She had an alibi—and a nice chunk of “walking around” money—so Danley wasn’t worried. FBI needs to interview her again.

Maybe there was someone in the crowd who it was really important to take out, and everyone else was shot so that people wouldn’t realize it was a hit.

The guy in the vest is LVPD. If it is a gun he has drawn, my guess is he hears the gunfire, doesn’t know where exactly it’s coming from, but has weapon at the ready to engage the threat if and when possible.

I got to shoot a 50 cal once. Guy a friend knew had license for them...and for the big fireworks which he orchestrated for his town many years.
All I know is after only a few rounds I can see it could be quite addictive. I’m a small woman (5’4” 120 at the time). Had to lay on the ground with a towel to my shoulder so it wouldn’t get bruised, but it was loads of fun. That said, I’d never have one. What’s the point? For me anyhow....

Yes, surely a likely interpretation, if he was thinking the shooter(s) must have been far in the direction from which the people are running.

People should be skeptical of the results they come up with on such sites.
That goes double for the established media, who really should know better.
Interesting that so many freepers are talking about this. There is a whole other school of freepers who think American women are ALL gold diggers and the only genuine, kind-hearted ladies are Asian, Russian or Ukrainian. They’ve been very quiet this week!

No, I don't think it's strange at all, because that is such a short video clip, how do we know that the shots heard on the video are the very first shots fired? It took a minute or two for people to even realize they were under gunfire, so that may have been the second, third, or forth group of shots. Clearly the audience is already in panic mode when the video begins. And the cop is wearing a safety vest because he was probably originally pulling traffic control duty for the event.
That article was a big bunch of nothing clickbait.
Consider: after trading up, (quickie Vegas wedding?), she planned an event where he would be certain to be killed or imprisioned for life so she could get all of his moola.
